Provider Agreement

7. Project Fees and Client Introduction Fees

7.a. Platform Access

At this time, Tech Support Bids does not charge Providers to create an account, maintain a profile, view opportunities, or submit bids. Tech Support Bids reserves the right to introduce subscription or membership fees with prior notice.

7.b. Introduced Clients

A Business shall be considered an “Introduced Client” if the Provider and Business were connected through the Platform, including but not limited to bids, messages, meetings, or any exchange of project-related information.

7.c. Client Introduction Fee (Initial Project)

If Provider enters into a contract with an Introduced Client, Provider agrees to pay Tech Support Bids a 10% fee of the total initial project value.

7.d. Renewal and Ongoing Revenue Fees

These fees apply to all ongoing work, renewals, extensions, managed services, recurring services, and additional projects performed for the same Introduced Client.

7.e. Fee Duration

Fees apply for 24 months from the date of the first contract between Provider and the Introduced Client.

7.f. Scope of Fee Obligation

Provider agrees that these fees apply regardless of whether services are performed through or outside of the Platform.

7.g. Reporting Requirement

Provider must report all contracts, renewals, extensions, and related work within 10 business days of execution.

7.h. Audit Rights

Tech Support Bids may request documentation reasonably necessary to verify project value and revenue associated with Introduced Clients.

7.i. Late Payments

Unpaid fees shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law, plus reasonable collection costs.

7.j. Circumvention

If Provider attempts to avoid fees:

  • All applicable fees remain due, plus
  • A fee equal to 20% of the total project value or $5,000, whichever is greater

7.k. Definition of Revenue

Revenue includes all amounts billed or received by Provider from an Introduced Client, including but not limited to services, recurring fees, managed services, hardware, software, consulting, support, maintenance, renewals, extensions, and change orders.
